Breathwork is a deeply healing practice, but it can be intense for some individuals, particularly those with certain health conditions or mental health concerns. While modifications can be made to ensure a safe and supportive experience, breathwork may not be suitable for those who:

• Are currently in a mental health crisis or require acute psychological support (Please seek care from a licensed therapist or healthcare professional first.)

• Have been diagnosed with or are experiencing:

  • High or abnormal blood pressure

  • History of aneurysms (including family history)

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • Osteoporosis or glaucoma

  • Pregnancy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

By booking a session, package, workshop, or mentorship offering, you agree to the following policies:

Refunds

Refund requests may be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are no longer available for packages, mentorships, workshops, or other ongoing offerings.

While refunds are not available after 30 days, the value of your purchase may be credited toward intuitive guidance, coaching and support sessions, future workshops, or other offerings. 

Credits are valid for 12–18 months, allowing you the space and time to engage at your own pace.

Session Packages

Packages are intended to support ongoing work and personal growth.

• Sessions expire one year from the date of purchase
• Packages may be paused if needed
• Unused sessions may be transferred to another person with approval
• Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without communication may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Unexpected Circumstances

If illness or personal circumstances affect your ability to continue, please reach out. Open communication is appreciated. Unused sessions may be paused or applied toward a future offering at my discretion.

Scope of Practice & Right to Refuse Services

My services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Results are not guaranteed, as every person’s experience and process is unique.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if I believe the working relationship is no longer a good fit or feels unsafe or inappropriate for either party. In these situations, remaining sessions may be transferred or credited at my discretion.

Breathwork Session Agreement & Container

Before we begin working together, I want to share a few important notes so you feel informed, supported, and clear on what this space is.

1. Nature of the Work

This work is somatic, experiential, and inward-facing; Sessions may include breathwork, guided awareness, emotional processing and integration support.

Each person’s experience is unique. You may experience relaxation, emotional release, insight, physical sensations, or periods of stillness. There is no “right” way for a session to unfold.

2. Depth & Nervous System Process

The depth of your experience is always guided by your nervous system not force or expectation. While I may guide you through specific breath patterns or practices, you are always in control and can slow down, pause, or stop at any time. 

What may feel “gentle” or “deep” can vary from session to session depending on your capacity that day.

3. Your Responsibility in the Process

You are responsible for:

• Listening to your body in real time
• Communicating any discomfort or need to pause
• Integrating your experience after the session in a way that feels supportive to you
• Reaching out for professional and medical assistance if needed

I am here to guide and hold space, but not to provide medical or psychiatric care.

4. Integration

Breathwork can continue to unfold after a session. Emotions, insights or physical sensations may arise afterward. Integration is an important part of the process, and I encourage rest, journaling, hydration, nourishment, nervous system regulation and spaciousness when possible.

5. Commitment & Scheduling

Your package of sessions is a committed container for your process. Sessions are intended to be used within an agreed timeframe to support continuity and integration. Missed or unattended sessions without notice may be forfeited or rescheduled at my discretion.

6. Consent

By booking and attending sessions, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of this work and agree to take full responsibility for your own experience within the session.
