  • Breathwork is a deeply healing practice, but it can be intense for some individuals, particularly those with certain health conditions or mental health concerns. While modifications can be made to ensure a safe and supportive experience, breathwork may not be suitable for those who:

    • Are currently in a mental health crisis or require acute psychological support (Please seek care from a licensed therapist or healthcare professional first.)

    • Have been diagnosed with or are experiencing:

      • Cardiovascular disease

      • High or abnormal blood pressure

      • History of aneurysms (including family history)

      • Epilepsy or history of seizures

      • Osteoporosis or glaucoma

      • Pregnancy

      • Recent surgery or serious medical procedures

      • Psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar depression

      • Are currently struggling with active drug addiction
